Since the battery inside was dead, I went to CVS and got a new CR2032 battery for it.
Below I have a picture of it(please note that the Tamagotchi in the photo is not the one I have. It is this one.)
Afterwards, I downloaded the old data and got a female Tamagotchi(the same one from the link above) named Jewel. She is one year old right now and needs a bit of training but I will manage to be a good caretaker for my Tamagotchi. At least, I hope so!
